BUTTING products conquer the orbit

To be open to new tasks and to cope with them today will eventually provide you with the qualifications needed tomorrow. Our products are used in the ARIANE carrier rockets, ISS space station and Airbus aircraft – a proof of our reliability and the high quality standard.

Since the mid-seventies, BUTTING has been continually producing semi-finished products, like pipes, bends and flanges, as well as pressure gas lines and fuel lines for the aircraft and aerospace industry. We are certified according to Statement of Assesment (ASD-EASE EN 9100 without design) and hold approvals concerning Supervision of fusionwelding DIN 29525 acc. to DVS 2715-1, no. 02, and the approval of our accredited laboratory acc. to DIN EN ISO 17025:2005. 

For the development of ARIANE 5 we have also provided the engineering work for piping components. In 2002 BUTTING was presented with the ”ARIANE 4 Production Award” for excellent performance.
