The BUTTING Group is one of the world’s leading processors of stainless steel. Founded in 1777, and still with its headquarters in Germany, the core competences of our family business are in forming, welding and materials technology.

Here, we focus on processing stainless steels, particularly special alloys, and clad materials.

We process more than 40,000 t a year into longitudinally welded, high-quality stainless steel pipes, vessels and components.
